Wael Ibrahim.

Wael Ibrahim is a Legal Consultant with more than 24 years of legal experience, including over 18 years of practice in the United Arab Emirates. He has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with expertise in complex commercial, construction, real estate, corporate and insurance-related matters.

Throughout his career, Wael has advised corporate and individual clients on sophisticated disputes, contractual matters, regulatory requirements and legal risk. He has led litigation teams, managed complex case portfolios and developed legal strategies across various stages of dispute resolution. His experience includes representing clients before experts and arbitral tribunals, participating in settlement negotiations, and advising on complex and high-value disputes.

Wael also brings significant experience in contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and strategic legal advisory, including advising executive management on legal and commercial risk.

Prior to joining Tarish Almansoori Advocates & Legal Consultants, Wael held senior legal and leadership positions with established UAE law firms and served as Head of Legal for a Dubai-based real estate development company. His combination of private practice and in-house experience enables him to approach legal matters from both a legal and commercial perspective, providing clients with practical, strategic and solution-oriented advice.
